“During our ten years of working one on one with clients, we’ve learned that to achieve great results, they must be following a sound nutritional program in combination with their exercise. No matter how detailed an exercise program, if the correct nutritional principles are not in place, clients will not see or will delay the results they want.”
It would be safe to say that 90% of the clients we see are looking to lose weight, improve their health and change the way the look and feel.
In the past we have had clients follow their nutrition program with very little exercise and achieve dramatic fat loss and improved health. We also have had clients follow their exercise programs but neglect their nutrition, and they saw no or few results. A combination of the two is the ideal scenario, but the above statement serves to prove how the nutrition component is so very crucial.
It is the goal of FITNESS2428 to offer nutritional programs that give easy to follow, healthy and realistic nutritional advice that will help clients achieve their desired results.
Our nutrition plans include a “21 Day Transition” when beginning our programs, where we offer additional support to assist clients through making the major changes necessary for long term results.
Aiming to reduce the amount of inflammatory foods in our clients diets, our nutrition program time and time again shows extraordinary results. “Understand that certain health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, chronic pain, obesity and difficulty losing weight may be a result of inflammation in your body.”
Most people who commit to the plan will see a 2-6 kilogram weight loss in the first 21 days. This enables you to see not only immediate results (first 21 days) in fat loss, but continued fat loss through improved metabolism, energy and wellness as your program progresses.
