All Access Elite

You’re not alone if you’re someone who has ever purchased a gym membership with good intentions but never used it. Sometimes focused private training is the best solution for a successful fitness program. At Fitness2428 our trainers will guide your success through weekly one to one sessions, providing you with active, intelligent exercise and nutrition programs and the motivation and support you need to achieve better health.
 
All Access Elite package includes:
  • Initial program blueprint which includes assessment and individual program design12 week training  plan which includes private personal training sessions (number depends on type of package purchased) 
  • Nutritional plan- 21 Day Transition to Better Health + Weekly Nutrition Log”
  • Monthly assessments and program updates
  • Unlimited group coaching sessions
  • Unlimited studio use
 
 

All Access Team

Should you feel more motivated to train or more comfortable exercising with a friend/s, buddy training can be a great option. You and friend/s can meet weekly with your trainer split the costs, triple the motivation or share the ‘all so good for you pain’. We are also happy to help team up individuals with training partners who have similar goals.
 
All Access Team package includes: 
  • Initial program blueprint ( Private sessions which includes assessment and program design)
  • Semi-private personal training sessions (number depends on type of package purchased)
  • Unlimited group coaching sessions
  • Unlimited studio use
 
 

All Access (Ideal for experienced clients)

This package allows you access to our private studio that has no more than 10 people at any one time working out and full access to all of our Group Coaching sessions. Our trainers will ensure that you correctly execute your programmed exercises when using our facility, answer your queries, and  keep you motivated and moving during your workout time.
 
All Access package includes:
  • Unlimited group coaching sessions
  • Unlimited studio use
Note: It is recommended that you purchase regular Personal Training sessions to assess your progress and update you program each month.
 
 

Off Peak Access

This package allows you access to our private studio in Off Peak Times, 11am - 3pm Monday to Friday and 7am - 10.30am Saturdays at reduced rates. Our trainers are on hand to ensure that you correctly execute your programmed exercises and answer any queries.
 
Note: It is recommended that you purchase regular Personal Training sessions to assess your progress and update you program each month.
