Pilates Instructor
Philosophy
I believe all of us are born with the ability to move well, it is a lifetime of bad habits that result in poor posture and possible injuries. I have found the Pilates exercise method as a form of movement education that can address these imbalances resulting in a return to optimal alignment and function. I have 5 years experience as a student and teacher of the Pilates exercise method and through my classes I hope to pass on my enthusiasm for Pilates.

Personal Interests
I am interested in board sports and enjoy camping and surfing around many beaches to be found on the New South WalesNorth Coast. I have previously worked at Thredbo as a snowboard instructor and visited many ski resports in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. Recently I purchased a stand up paddle board and have been exploring Wallis Lake.
My other interests include: music, reading, spending time with my family and Pilates.
