Philosophy
I believe in the saying "You’re as young as you feel". I intend to feel ’young’ for a long time and believe a fit and healthy body is a great way to help achieve this. I like to give this feeling to others and strongly believe that it is NEVER too late to start a fitness program. Exercise is great for the mind as well as the body. As we age the body benefits through exercise in strength, energy levels, balance, posture and improved bone density.
