Philosophy
I am a firm believer in Healthy Body, Healthy Mind. Exercise is a key component to achieving this continuum of well-being. With so many positive physical and mental benefits regular exercise not only affords you the energy and functional physical foundation for life-long participation in the activities you enjoy, but also, the mental and emotional clarity to function effectively on a day to day basis. I believe the key to a successful workout program and making exercise a part of your lifestyle is balance. Keep it in balance with your family, work and social life. Also be clear on your outcomes, have a written plan to achieve your fitness goals, have fun and keep it fresh and then exercise becomes a life long adventure not an everyday chore.

- Runner Up State Fitness Champion 2006, Runner Up Australasian Figure Championships 1999

Working with a diverse clientele over the last 20 years, including professional and amateur athletes, clients with chronic health conditions, clients needing rehabilitation after accident or injury, physicians and therapists, senior citizens and youth, their strengths lie in their ability to:
- Assess clients’ physical needs and weaknesses and then through re-education and training assist in the rehabilitation of a myriad of injuries, chronic conditions and health issues
- Guide their clients through to a better knowledge and understanding of key information for fitness success and better sporting performance
- Create workout programs that are up to date, effective, entertaining , motivating and enjoyable
- Inspire others to believe in themselves, grow and enjoy life more through the confidence gained by regular participation and challenge of a rewarding exercise program
