We all know you must do weight training to increase metabolism and interval training is best for fat loss but motivating yourself to do it alone can sometimes be tough.
Our high intensity group coaching sessions are a sure fire weapon to target fat loss and you can leave it to us to be on the cutting edge and bring you some of the most beneficial and exciting fitness concepts around. All sessions have limited numbers 8-15 (depending on the type of session) and are included in all of our Personal Training Packages. They can also be purchased individually or as blocks in conjunction with each school term.
Studio Cycling Group Coaching Sessions
Our Fergus is well known for his unique studio cycling sessions not only because he can help you find that which is deep inside of you but also because his sessions include all aspects of a great cycling experience.
Each session has a specific purpose that may be endurance, strength or speed training and as a participant your progress can be followed by recording and tracking your heart rate and cadence during the session. This ensures your workouts are effective and assist in the achievement of your desired outcomes, whether they be improved strength for hills, speed for cycle racing or purely to help you stay focused lean and fit!
Outdoor Group Coaching Sessions
In such a beautiful town surrounded by the lake, ocean, beaches and parks who wouldn’t want to be outside training. Our coaches have a great toolbox of equipment and knowledge and can deliver excellent, tough but fun, sessions unlike any others in the Great Lakes. H.I.I.T’s Group Coaching Sessions
This phenomenal new training system has been in every fitness magazine and on every major news station in the US and is being used by major league sports teams all over the world. If you want a ‘bang for your buck’ exercise session, this is it. Our Group Coaching H.I.I.T’s (High Intensity Interval Sessions) done on a regular basis offer great strength, fitness and fat loss benefits far beyond any other in the same 30 minute time slot. This program is based on the latest studies, showing high intensity intervals using body weight and equipment such as kettlebells, ropes, TRX, medicine balls, sand and water bags can burn up to 9 times more fat than steady state aerobic activities such as walking and dance aerobic clasess. H.I.I.T sessions are guided by our coaches and conducted in our weights studio. Using a variety of training methodology’s we can challenge you each week with a great new H.I.I.T workout that can be modified easily to suit any and every body.
