GETTING STARTED WITH OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Fitness2428 Personal Training Studio offers individually tailored programs in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results from your fitness program. This means that (should you require) we spend a lot of time working with our clients on the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle components that are required for getting the best results.
We will have clients that come for our group coaching programs, clients that want a program design and then train alone updating their program and assessments monthly, clients that train in a small group (3) with a personal trainer and we will also have clients that will meet with us privately anywhere from 1- 3 times per week, depending on their goals, motivation and budget.
All programs are a 12 week minimum commitment a reasonable time to change habits, adjust to a healthier lifestyle and see the results you are working towards. We also offer the ability to change your package regularly to suit changes in circumstances.
We suggest clients discuss their goals each 12 weeks with a trainer to ensure they are using the best programs to achieve their desired results. This also offers new challenge, variety and helps shock the system if your fitness and weight loss begins to plateau.

Our 5 step approach to individual programming works to help you in the following way.
- Step 1 - We define your goals, why they important to you and commit you to achieving the result you desire.
- Step 2 - We assess your health, fitness and nutrition to determine your current starting point and use this to gauge monthly improvements.
- Step 3 - Design your full 12 week training program which includes the necessary training components for best results.
- Step 4 - We implement your training and nutrition using our “21 Day Transition” program. Long term habits take time to change and we understand this. By providing the necessary accountability and support during your program we can work together to overcome the obstacles once previously holding you back.
- Step 5 - Every 4 weeks we repeat your evaluation, discuss you successes and your challenges and then update your program so as to continue to improve your results.
